Monica Turner is the owner of C’est-ci-bon, with over 20 years of experience in the culinary world. She is passionate about bringing the best of fine desserts and chocolates with a Latin American flair to her strong customer base. Born and raised in Lima, Peru – a country that is world-renowned for its strides and trends in the culinary world, she also has culinary training in French Pastries and would like to combine the best of both worlds. Monica is professional, creative, customer-oriented, detailed, and up-to-date with food trends, with a track record of happy customers.
